Our goal is to educate all of our customers about the property in which they are considering investing. We will examine the exterior and interior of the home to check for possible deteriorated material and any unsafe conditions. We will examine the mechanical systems, such as the heating and cooling, plumbing, and electrical, and check for proper operation. When we have finished the inspection, any questions that you have we are always more than willing to answer. A report describing the property and it’s condition will be furnished to you within 24 hours*. This report is also available in electronic format.
